Refund Policy

1. Goods once sold are neither returnable nor refundable.

2. If there are any quality issues in the product supplied, the goods shall be taken back against an inspection and lab testing from our side.

3. If it is found to be a real quality issue, we shall either replace the goods or refund the amount.

4. If there is any excess payment received on your part against the actual goods supplied, the excess amount will be refunded within 45 days through the bank.

5. If you would like to claim a return or refund on goods bought from us, please send an email with details of the complaint and photos to [email protected] within a day from the date of complaint raised.
