What does it take to manufacture High ductile TMT Bars?
Selection of Billets: The key raw materials necessary to manufacture these billets are sponge iron, scrap (bazar and industrial) and Ferro Alloys. Steel billets are very ductile and are produced in cross- sections

Shearing Billets: The process in which the bulk raw semi finished products are cut using a chipless production process
Billet shearing is the most widely used and effective technique for producing steel raw parts for bulk metal-forming activities. The material lossless method is distinguished by fast production rates, short cycle times of 1 part per second or fewer, and great profitability while processing steel material. Shearing is less effective in producing high-quality billets than sawing, but it is unquestionably more productive. Although the profiles of the processed semi-finished products are typically round or square in shape, shearing of multi-edged profiles or tubes is also an option.

Rolling Mill: Ahead of this, our rolling mills are specifically made to work with the mechanical qualities of steel. They provide steel sheet metal used in steelmaking with a consistent thickness. Squeezing and compressing sheet metal as it goes through rolling mill rollers is perfectly done But as the sheet metal goes through the rolling mill’s rollers, it takes on a regular size and shape. Hot rolling is the process of pressing metal sheet between rollers at a temperature higher than the metal’s recrystallization point, which ensures the creation of stronger and more resilient steel products and allows for improved product consistency and quality.
Pattern Production: iSTEEL High ductile TMT Bars are then curated for outstanding physical and mechanical properties, low sulphur and phosphorus impurities that make steel corrosion resistant, and great bonding with cement.
Doused & Tempered Steel: To harden the steel for better durability and sustainability and in order to suppress the transition from austenite to pearlite, which is known as martensite, iSTEEL XSL thermally heats the material above the critical (austenitic) temperature before quenching the steel bars in a liquid medium like water or oil. Martensite is what gives quenched steel its hardness. The material can then be tempered to the necessary mechanical qualities (hardness) at varied lower temperatures since martensite has a modifiable microstructure. This produces particular physical characteristics.
Cooling Beds: The cooling bed naturally cools the material and cross-transports it to the discharge end. Cooling floors are built using standard elements that can be combined according to the mixing requirements and capacity of the plant product.
Shaping & Packaging: Finally, after the completion of whole process, they are given the desired shape and carefully packed for our use
