1. In case of Ex-Factory sale, the responsibility of Company ceases once the material is delivered to the carrier and company will not accept any responsibility for shortage, loss, damage, in transit.
2. Payment should be made either by A/C Payee Cheque / DD / RTGS / NEFT / UPI / IMPS in Favor of VIKI INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. HDFC Bank, Gopala Puram Branch, Virtual Code: VIPL57, IFS Code: HDFC0000675.
3. Interest @24% per annum will be charged if the payment is not received within the agreed date.
4. Input tax reversal on the credit note issued by the company towards discount including any rate difference needs to be done in the same month when such credit notes are issued and disclosed in the periodical GST return.
5. All the disputes subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
6. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and the company reserves the right to adjust prices as deemed necessary.
7. Orders are subject to acceptance by VIKI INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., and the company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
8. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to availability. The company will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure or transportation issues.
9. The company provides no warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by law. Any claims for defective goods must be made within 7days of delivery.
10. The company is not responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Shipping Policy
1. Factory weighment will be final. Weighment variation will be +/- 5kgs per MT per vehicle.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Goods once sold are neither returnable nor refundable
2. If there are any quality issues in the product supplied the goods shall be taken back against an inspection and lab testing from our side
3. If it is found to be a real quality issue, we shall either replace the goods or refund the amount
4. If there is any excess payment received on your part against the actual goods supplied, the excess amount will be refunded within 45 days through the bank
5. If you would like to claim a return or refund on goods bought from us, please send an email with details of the complaint and photos to [email protected] within a day from the date of complaint raised
